Email hello@reminderdeck.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version and what you expected to happen. Please don’t send reminder contents unless you’re happy to share them.

A reminder didn’t ring

Check the reminder’s loudness: Gentle is a normal notification and stays quiet on Silent. Use Loud or Relentless to ring like an alarm.
Make sure alarms are allowed: iPhone Settings › ReminderDeck › Alarms. The Home screen shows a banner if they’re off.
Alarms play at your ringer volume. Turn it up with the volume buttons or in Settings › Sounds & Haptics.
With headphones or a speaker connected, the alarm plays there.
Use Test ring in Settings › Reliability to check everything in a few seconds.

Restore Pro on a new iPhone

Open Settings in ReminderDeck and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought Pro with. Lifetime purchases are shared with your Family Sharing group.

Manage or cancel a subscription

iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › ReminderDeck. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Reminders aren’t syncing

ReminderDeck syncs through your own iCloud. Check that you’re signed in to iCloud and that iCloud Drive is on for ReminderDeck (iPhone Settings › your name › iCloud). Settings › Reliability in the app shows the sync status. You can also export a backup file anytime.

Location reminders

Arrive/leave reminders need location access set to Always, so they can ring while the app is closed. Your location never leaves your iPhone.

Delete your data

Settings › Reliability › Delete all data removes everything from your iPhone and your iCloud. To remove your waitlist email, reply to any email from us or write to hello@reminderdeck.com.
